Serenity Hotel Spa & Onsen

My husband and I really enjoyed the Escape package, which included a standard room, unlimited Onsen, a one-hour Thai massage for two, welcome drinks, 10% off at the restaurant, and buffet breakfast. The package was excellent value, and we had no complaints. The pool was spotless, with comfortable places to sit in both sun and shade. The Onsen and spa were top rate, and service across the resort was impeccable. Our room felt above standard thanks to the furniture, linens, and amenities, and even the balcony was spotless. The restaurant had a creative, extensive menu, and everything we ordered was delicious. We never expected to find this kind of resort in Kabinburi, and we're glad we did.

The peaceful courtyard garden and pool make for a really calming setting. The rooms are nicely furnished in a simple, casual style. The beds have medium-soft mattresses and the pillows are very soft. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but its farang food is well cooked and delicious.

It feels friendly here, and everything is clean. The staff are welcoming and have a good service mind. The onsen looks beautiful, though it wasn't working properly: one pool wasn't hot enough and another didn't work at all. Still, I think it's worth the price. The massage was great and breakfast was okay. The location is fine, but there's not much around, mostly nature 😂

The food was delicious at every meal, and there was plenty of space to park. The hotel also has a swimming pool. It's near several popular tourist attractions, so it's a convenient place to stay overnight before heading out. The staff were truly excellent, welcoming guests and showing a strong understanding of what they need.
