The room itself was beautiful, and we were excited to stay in the 80sqm room with a tub. But there were bugs, four little flies around the bathroom and big tub, and we could hear banging from either next door or above, along with pipes and running water. The banging was still going at 10 pm. There was no kettle or coffee in the room, so they expect you to go to the lobby for your morning joe. No concierge or help with bags either, and we had to make do with a four-wheel dolly. The elevator barely held two people and the small cart, and a regular family of four wouldn't fit. The front lobby had no AC or fans, just sweltering heat, and the customer service was poor, as was the work environment for staff. All in all, a disappointment. Even the American motel 6 has better service and amenities. We booked three nights, but plan to ask for a refund for two and leave tomorrow.

It used to be much better, but the service has dropped a lot. I arrived to check in at 3 PM and was told the room wasn’t ready, and check-in was at 4 PM. No apology, and the staff spoke as if they didn’t care about the customer, asking where they were supposed to wait. Terrible service this time. 😡😡😡
