The only real plus was the location. Karon beach, a supermarket, a restaurant, and a scooter rental shop are close by. I wouldn't recommend staying here, though. There was nobody at reception at any point from check-in to check-out, and you couldn't find staff for help. When we arrived, we called and were told to go to our room because it had been left open. A woman cleaning it helped us check in; we saw her then and never again. We were in room C3 on the third floor, and the building has no elevator. The room had a strange smell, and the bathroom smelled dirty too. The shower drain was clogged, while the washbasin drained slowly. There were no toiletries apart from a bottle of liquid soap that had already been opened.

I stayed for over a month and would happily come back. The room and its view were great, and the staff were very accommodating. The location was incredible, and the price was hard to beat. I'd recommend it to friends.

The beach, Family Mark, and Seven Eleven are nearby, and you can rent a motorbike for 250 baht. I spent four nights here. The room was very clean, and staff cleaned it regularly. Thanks for a lovely stay. I'll be back soon with my wife and son.

We were pleasantly surprised after seeing some poor reviews. The staff were really kind and helpful. They cleaned our room every day, though we asked them not to since it seemed like a waste. Bottled water and beach towels were free, and the wifi was great. I'd definitely recommend this place.

The room had all the comforts we needed, and the staff were always kind and helpful. It's a clean, cozy place in a great spot, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, including 7 eleven. 💙
