The sea view deluxe room made the holiday for us, especially the lovely comfortable bed and huge balcony. Getting there took three lifts, but the view made it worthwhile. The room itself could use some TLC, and it was a shame the balcony wasn't cleaned every day or the ashtray emptied. The adult pool was lovely and had a swim up bar. Bank was friendly and always had a happy smile. The pool towels weren't changed during our five night stay. We asked the maid for clean ones, but she never brought them. The location is great, with a lovely beach two minutes away and bars and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was an OK buffet, but it got very busy and people had to look around for tables. Would I stay again? Not sure.

The food was a real highlight, and the staff were excellent. It’s a lovely beachfront resort, with a friendly lifeguard keeping an eye on sun lounger allocation and towels. There’s a morning and afternoon shuttle to Hoi An, so you’ll need a taxi for trips at other times. Hoi An is a must do. Hotel laundry can be pricey, so you might want to use a local service. It’s a superb place to unwind.

We really enjoyed the open-air lobby and the relaxing feel of the location. The staff were friendly when we asked them for help, and the chef kindly cooked the tuna we’d just caught for dinner. The day-to-day communication let the stay down. Our WhatsApp message sat unread for three days, we got confusing information about pool towels, and the front desk wasn’t helpful when we asked about airport transport. That lack of follow-through made the hotel feel below a proper four-star standard.

The cocktails at the bar were fantastic, and we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. There was a good range of tasty dishes. The sea was only a few steps away, with everything else close by too. We had a cozy sea-view room with a breathtaking outlook. Housekeeping came every day and kept it spotless, sometimes leaving cute towel animals. The staff were quick to help whenever we needed something, and the facilities made the stay comfortable. We loved our time here and would gladly return.

The room had a dreamlike view, and the food, service, and rooms were all perfect. It’s a gorgeous place, with the beach just across the road. There are quite a few stairs, though, so I wouldn’t suggest it for anyone with mobility issues.
