Club Med Phuket

The all-inclusive setup made everything easy, from meals and drinks to activities and shows, and it was all well organized. The food was tasty, very good, and different every day, probably better than restaurants outside. This was our second time at Club Med Phuket and it feels like heaven on earth. A big thanks to everyone, especially the baby and kids club team. Emilie, Gemma, Sophia, Jilly, Manow, Jaden, Add and Pauline worked from day to night with smiles and energy, giving their all to help the children feel at ease. Our kids loved them and stayed happy and entertained all day, which let us parents relax and enjoy the holiday. Wish we could stay all year.

The only real bright spot was the bartender at the Zen Pool, who was friendly and professional. This was my third stay, and I’ve noticed a significant decline in service and maintenance. The room was barely habitable: the air conditioning stayed around 25°C throughout our visit despite daily complaints, and we later learned the unit couldn’t cool properly. The resort shouldn’t have assigned it without warning us or offering to move us right away. The shower temperature kept swinging between very hot and cold. Staff gave us no proper updates or sense of urgency, and only offered a room change on our last night, after we asked to make a formal complaint. On 23 May, the AC at Chu-da restaurant was also broken, leaving half the restaurant unbearably hot. Many guests asked to move tables, but management seemed unconcerned. When we raised it with the manager, he shrugged and said it hadn’t worked since the day before. Food variety was decent, but overall quality was average. We all know not to count on the food quality at Clubmed. At this price, I don’t expect amazing service or food, but I do expect a habitable room. That wasn’t my experience.

Thanks to ADD at the Mini Club, our child had a happy few days and made lovely holiday memories. Seeing that joy made the trip special for our family. We also want to thank G.O. Yini, who helped us with translation and support when we felt unwell. Her kindness made us feel safe and cared for. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and looked after. Our Taiwanese G.O., Min, patiently showed us around and helped us settle in quickly, making the stay smooth from the start. The resort has warmth, professionalism, and positive energy. We’re looking forward to visiting Club Med resorts in other countries and continuing to discover new places. Highly recommended, truly a five-star experience. We stayed from February 17 to February 21.

The food was incredible, with so many varieties and cuisines, and every one we tried was amazing. The kids club team were the trip's highlight: they cared for the children so well and put on a great show night after night. You can tell they do it with all their heart.
