Mandy, the manager, was great. She arranged our airport pick-up, shared tips for our Thailand stay, and offered beach mats and umbrellas to hire. The room at Dreamz House Boutique was spacious, with a big bed, fridge, TV, air conditioning, and free water, tea, and coffee. The shower had strong pressure, though the overhead waterfall feature didn't work properly. The location in Karon was convenient, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the beach a short walk away. We had a great stay, but the place could use a thorough clean to freshen it up.

The room was clean, with a nice bed and a big bathroom, and the owner was friendly. It gets noisy at night because the place is above restaurants and bars, which is to be expected. Check what's nearby when you book, since it's unfair to complain about it afterward. I'd come again, 10/10.

I had to leave after just one night because of health issues. The whole place smelled intensely damp and moldy, and the mattress was moldy too. The room and bathroom weren't properly clean. The bathroom lights didn't work, and the sink was leaking.

The reception woman was so kind. She tried to arrange tours when I arrived, took care of my laundry, and kept checking that everything was okay. The staff, location, facilities, and services are all things you'll love. It's worth it.
