Everything is within walking distance, which was the only plus for me. We were on the ground floor, and the bathroom wasn't clean, with some mold and mosquitoes. It was completely wet when we arrived, the shower drained poorly, and flushing the toilet was difficult. There was no spare toilet paper or kettle, and a small hand towel would have helped. They required a 1,000 baht deposit. Staff also asked what time we were leaving the next day, even though checkout is clearly by 12 PM. Overall, it was mediocre.

We spent a week here for sandbox because it looked nice and was the most affordable SHA+ hotel we found, and it turned out to be the best choice. The rooms were very clean, staff were super friendly, and our room was cleaned daily. The motorbike rental was fairly priced, and we loved the Karon location. The massage place across the street was very good, and the temple night market was right next door. One odd thing was the bathroom's open glass panel into the room, so we had to cover it with a blanket. I'd recommend staying here.

I stayed for a couple of weeks with my girlfriend. We liked the good value for money, and if I had to choose again, I'd pick the same hotel. There are cheaper places, but the sea is farther away. The owner was very kind and service oriented, and the room was cleaned and towels changed every day. The long balcony has a sink, handy for washing and hanging swimwear and towels. A kettle would be a nice addition. There's no lift, which didn't bother me much, though climbing to the fourth floor every day could be tiring if you just want to relax.

I rented a motorbike here at a good price. After I had a small accident, the owner didn't charge me for the plastic scratch and asked a very reasonable amount for the broken piece. When I returned the bike, he drove me to the bus stop himself. Great service, very client oriented. I'd be glad to come back and rent again.
