My room had a spacious balcony with two sets of furniture, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean, including the bright white linens. There was good water pressure in both the sink and shower, and I was surprised by the fancy hairdryer. The room was roomy and had what I needed for either a short or longer stay. The woman at reception was sweet and pleasant to deal with, and the cleaning staff were friendly as well. The location is perfect. My room was near the Main Street, so I occasionally heard loud bikes. The windows were tinted, letting me see out while keeping others from seeing inside. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve stayed here several times, and I think it’s the best value I’ve had in Thailand so far. The price, location, and convenience work really well, and there aren’t really any downsides. Staff are very nice, the rooms are clean, and the bed and pillows are amazing. Water pressure is good and the heaters are nice. Two beaches are a five-minute walk away, and 7-11, which is open 24 hours, is two minutes away. There’s good dining along the road and all around, plus a massage parlor right out front. Beach towels are free to use. Laundry is around the corner, a one-minute walk, and a bag costs under $5 to wash and dry.

We had a pricing issue from the system when we arrived, but the friendly receptionist sorted it out quickly and we paid what we’d booked, as we should have. The location is a bonus, with a shortcut across the road straight to the beach. The room was very nice and reasonably priced, with a balcony and dark windows that keep people outside from seeing in. Room service on request was quick and professional.

The front desk woman who said she was the manager came across as rude and unfriendly, and seemed to look down on customers. The way she spoke made me feel unwelcome. Whatever the reason for someone’s visit, a service business should have staff who treat visitors well instead of taking their emotions out on them. If she really is the manager, the owner should seriously reconsider.

The staff were amazing, and the hotel is great, with the beach very close by. AC, Wi-Fi, and TV all worked really well, and the cleaning was done perfectly. 👌👍🙏
