There’s new management now, and the hotel has been renovated.

A lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the nice view.

I liked how comfortable the air conditioning was in my room. Sleeping with it on felt just right, neither too warm nor too cold. There’s also a swimming pool, deep enough for a dip. The room had what I needed, though I’d swap the old TV, since who watches TV on vacation in 2020, for a microwave. There seem to be two room types: one with a balcony, where the room itself is simpler, and one without that’s a little better. The hotel is 2 km from the sea, about a 20-minute walk, which makes it a good break from an active holiday. They offer a free shuttle to Kata Beach, so check the schedule at reception.

We stayed in room 215 in December 2018, and its balcony looked out over the pool. The breakfasts were delicious and the room was cleaned well. It’s a cozy hotel for people who don’t want to worry about getting to the beach, since there’s a shuttle to three nearby beaches. The sea is a bit far, but you get used to the distance after a couple of days. We really liked the hotel and highly recommend it. We’re heading on vacation again and chose this place once more.
