Ms. Yayu at the front desk made us feel welcome throughout our family stay. She was friendly and attentive, and her service made the trip even better. The kids especially loved the pool and water slide. Facilities were clean, safe, and great for families. We’d highly recommend the hotel for a fun, relaxing family getaway.

The buffet could be better at both breakfast and dinner, though it was okay. We loved staying at pamookkoo. The kids had a blast at the slides, pool, and kids club, and the clean, modern rooms and location were great for spending the day at kata beach. Staff were welcoming, and Aud deserves a special thanks for always being helpful and friendly. He speaks Italian 😉

The location made it easy to walk to Kata Beach, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Breakfast had lots of tasty choices for everyone. We loved the spacious pool, where the kids could play and cool off, and the modern rooms were new, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Prices felt very reasonable for the quality. We had a great family stay at Pamookkoo Resort and would happily return. 👏👏🦭🦭💃💃

There are plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants around the hotel, and the pool and facilities are very good. The food is lovely, with a good range of choices. Staff are wonderful and attentive. I especially want to thank JAJA in the dining room. She’s always ready to help or chat, and she’s always smiling 🙂😍. I’m having a great stay here right now 😍

We stayed for more than two weeks with our two young kids, and the housekeepers, Mrs. Kook and Mrs. Lek, were so kind. They cleaned our room every day and took great care of us. The service was awesome, and the rooms were very clean. Traveling with two little ones had felt overwhelming, but pamookkoo Resort gave us such peace of mind and made the trip much easier. Thank you for everything you did.
