Getting to the beach can be awkward without a rental bike or taxi, since it’s 2 km away. The room rate felt average at $60 for a double. Nearby construction spoils the view, though it isn’t especially noisy, and the carp pond has gone green. The fish look like they’re barely hanging on, and adding an aerator shouldn’t be too hard. There are some good features too. Each motel-style room has its own entrance, and the room is roomy, with a large shower. There’s a courtyard, plus a second-floor terrace with a snack bar where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, and cookies anytime. The pool looks clean, but I didn’t see a filtration system, and it closes at 8:00 PM.
