Phuket Orchid Resort and Spa

The pools and family setup were a big part of our stay. There are three pools, with slides for both adults and children, plenty of loungers, and easy access to Karon Beach. Prices nearby also felt more reasonable than around Kata Beach. What stayed with us most was how sincerely the staff handled a small problem. They took it seriously and really tried to sort it out, which made us feel cared for. Nancy, Chantana, Lilly, and Bose looked after our family right up to the day we left. We’re grateful for their kindness and wish them and their families good health and happiness. We left Phuket with lovely memories and would happily come back for another holiday.

The room was bright, comfortable, and clean, and housekeeping kept it that way each day. Staff were helpful and attentive, so the whole stay felt easy and stress-free. I really enjoyed it and would come back. Many thanks to M, Fit, View, Pop, Afnan, and Aus.

Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with lots of fresh, good-quality choices presented nicely. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, well cared for, and pleasantly calm. Everyone was friendly and quick to help, and we felt looked after throughout our visit. Kaimook and Melanie at reception gave us a warm welcome and were professional and helpful. Zan also kindly handled our luggage, making arrival and departure easy. We’d gladly return and recommend the hotel.

The resort is spacious, with pools for different ages, so it works well for families with little kids. It’s also just a three-minute walk from the beach, which is hard to beat. The room was comfortable enough, though the beds felt quite hard. Extra mattress toppers would make sleeping better, and that’s why I’d give it four stars. Food was good, especially breakfast, which had plenty to choose from. A nice family-friendly place in a great spot.
