Lek was an outstanding owner, and meeting her was one of those lovely travel moments. She even helped me deal with the queue at 7 eleven. I accidentally left my wallet in the safe, and Lek arranged to have it returned with real honesty and integrity. I don’t come across that often these days. We stayed as five adults in two rooms and found the place homely. It’s close to the beach, nice for morning walks, and there’s plenty of food around. I’ll definitely return for that welcoming feel. Thank you to everyone.

The woman who runs the place is still there after all these years, and she’s as friendly and helpful as ever. I first stayed here 14 years ago with friends while traveling through Asia, and came back with my wife and two kids. It was just as good this time. The location works for everyone, whether you’re traveling alone, with friends, as a couple, or with family. It’s off the main strip, so you avoid the noise and bustle, but close enough to walk around. The beach takes 5 to 7 minutes on foot, 7/11 is a minute away, Tom Yum is across the main street, and there are bank ATMs on the corner. I’d stay here again and recommend it.

It matches what’s advertised: a quiet place, clean room, decent WiFi, and a good location. Not somewhere I’d choose for a honeymoon, but it worked fine for a few inexpensive solo days off-grid in Phuket.

The beach is a five-minute walk, with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The room gets cleaned daily, the air conditioning works well, and the internet is fast and reliable. Small drawbacks: the main road runs right beside the hotel, and there’s no elevator.
