The Ark Karon Beach

The WhatsApp chat with management made things easy. They responded quickly whenever we had a question, and every three days they checked whether we wanted the room cleaned. The apartment was tidy and well kept. We stayed six nights in one of the three large apartment buildings. The apartment had plenty of space and everything we needed for a holiday. It sits on a small hill, so getting there means about a five-minute uphill walk. That was fine for us, but keep it in mind. The price felt a little high for what you get, though still acceptable. We had a very nice stay and would return.

The manager was always available, and the apartment was clean with a cleaning service. Having our own pool was great. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back.

Apartment 1309 was beautiful, with a high-quality renovation. Cleaning was done on time, and they changed the linen and towels and topped up the drinking water and shower supplies. It was about a 10-minute walk to Karon Beach, with fruit and a 7-Eleven nearby. Highly recommend it!

Our family had a perfect holiday here, and the value for money was excellent compared with the hard-to-justify prices at peak season hotels. We stayed in a 180-square-meter two-bedroom apartment with a living room and private pool. When we called the owner to have some fallen leaves cleared, even though there weren't many, someone arrived to clean within ten minutes. The beach was close too. Both bedrooms had large windows, and one had a balcony. We felt it got full marks for safety, privacy, and comfort.
