I don’t recommend this place, especially for the €3,000 I paid for the stay. Over my 10 days there, the towels and linen weren’t changed, and we had to clean the pool ourselves. Staff came by just once, halfway through the stay. Electricity was charged on top, though that wasn’t mentioned in the property description. A big disappointment, especially since I’d had such a good impression of Thailand and its wonderful people. The location itself was ok.

The location was good, but the host in the front building was awful. He lied, and the air conditioning was broken in two of the rooms. We had to cancel our Airbnb after only a few hours there.

No extra charge for water or electricity, which was nice. The room was really comfortable, with a kitchen, bed, and coat. There’s a pool on level one of each building for all visitors. Good hotel for us with a one-year-old child.

The place itself and its location are actually really good, which makes this such a shame. We stayed for 9 nights, and Booking.com said nothing about paying an electricity bill. When we arrived, they made us sign a paper saying we’d pay for the electricity or leave right then. We signed, thinking four days couldn’t cost more than $100. They then did the meter maths in a way that moved a decimal point, and the hidden fee came to $400 +, on top of a hidden bond they also asked for on arrival. Please avoid this place unless you can arrange a stay without paying for electricity. $400 + for electricity in Thailand over 9 days is a massive shame.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were helpful and kind. Great spot near Family Mart and the beach.
