It's a family-run guest house, and the owners are lovely, especially Mem. The place feels authentic, quiet, and clean, and it's hard to want to leave. There are lots of street food spots, restaurants, and shops nearby, and it's between two beaches. Kata beach was my favorite.

A quiet, clean place with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere, and the price is low. You can walk to either Kata beach or Karon beach in about 20 minutes. There's no breakfast, but food is easy to find almost everywhere in Thailand.

I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the good view. The room was clean and cozy, and the friendly family running the guesthouse made it lovely. Beautiful Kata beach is close enough to walk to.

Affordable and easy to get to, with lovely owners who are happy to help with island recommendations and other assistance. Waree's is a great choice for anyone.

It felt like home, and everyone was so accommodating. Josh and Anna answered all our questions, provided motor bikes, and helped us arrange a ferry to phi phi. We loved our stay and hope to come back someday.
