A good hotel if you’re travelling by car, with a big car park. It works for a family in a three-adult room or for business in Rojana industry, though it isn’t inside Ayutthaya.

Ayutthaya was easy to explore from here, and it felt like great value for our family. We had a lovely stay at TM Land Hotel. The rooms were roomy and clean, and the staff were friendly and ready to help.

I managed only two nights before finding another hotel, even though I’d paid for five. The apartment building room was filthy and unpleasant, with itchy bedding and stains in both the shower and toilet. Everything felt old and unsanitary. They left two bottles of water, with no refills, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily. I won’t stay here again.
