Eden Beach Khao Lak has a quiet, nature-filled feel, with greenery, soft golden sand and an uncrowded atmosphere. It felt like a hidden paradise where we could unwind and reconnect with nature. The beachfront is clean and peaceful, lovely for long walks with the waves in the background. The team’s warm hospitality made the stay even better. We came as a couple and had a wonderful stay. The rustic design gives the resort a distinctive, almost magical feel, and it’s a peaceful, romantic spot right on the beach, with lovely sunsets. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive to every detail. Breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway in Khao Lak.

We regret booking such a long stay and are very disappointed. For a five-star hotel, breakfast is well below standard, with sparrows helping themselves at the buffet. The pool area is disappointing too. The description never mentions a water treatment pool, yet one pool is only about 30 cm deep and unusable because it’s where the water is treated. By 8:30 a.m., every sun lounger is covered with a reserved towel, even though nobody is using them. With a two-year-old, we had no chance of getting a lounger. Signs say reserving them isn’t allowed, but guests and staff seem not to care. The pool loungers are very worn as well. The price and what you get simply don’t match, and I agree with the negative reviews.

The property was clean, well maintained and comfortably laid out, and the security and housekeeping staff were courteous, always greeting us with warm smiles. The front desk team were outstanding, especially Khun Axe and Khun Beer, who I believe is the MOD. They handled every situation patiently and professionally. I asked room service for two wine glasses, and there was a small 100 THB charge, which didn’t affect my satisfaction. Breakfast could use a little more variety, but everything else was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to visitors in the area.
