The pool looks out over the sea, and the sunsets from there were spectacular. We thought this was the best hotel along the beach and would definitely recommend it. The restaurant was great, with a very good breakfast buffet: changing Thai dishes each day, eggs made to order, plenty of fresh bread, cakes, waffles, fruit and salads, plus barista coffee. Staff were super friendly and spoke English well. The one thing to improve is the air conditioning, since we couldn't set it low enough to run comfortably overnight. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Everything felt geared toward a relaxing break, and it was very peaceful. The rooms, pool, restaurant and garden all had a luxurious feel, almost like a Marriott. The staff were incredible, too. There seemed to be an older crowd, but that didn't bother us at all. Khao Lak Paradise resort was absolutely amazing.

Spending Christmas here was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The food was amazing, and the show included traditional Thai dancing, a fire performance and a musician.

The Thai Night Party had to be moved when unexpected rain came, but the staff worked hard to keep everything running smoothly. The event was well organized, and the Resort Manager welcomed us with real warmth. Min, Toey, and O were also so kind and hospitable. You could see the good relationship between management and staff in the care they put into their work and in the performances. The Thai dance show was graceful and spectacular, and the resort itself is beautiful, from the lobby and lush gardens to the beachfront. We enjoyed the delicious food and wide range of flavors, along with the chance to experience Thai culture and the warmth of the people here. A wonderful dining experience, and highly recommended.

The location was just right for a relaxing holiday, and it's an easy walk into Khao Lak for shops and more restaurants. Beautiful hotel, with lovely staff.
