The location inside Thammasat University is good, and the stadium view is nice. The rest fell well below what I expected. Check-in took a long time even though nobody else was waiting, and while the room had all the facilities you need, it needed better upkeep. Dust covered the floor and cloth hanger. Bathroom tiles were coming loose, and water had leaked beneath them from the shower. The RSVP process was still manual. At this price, I expected more and would have been happier if it cost much less.

This is a good place to stay if you have things to do at Thammasat. You can find food around the campus, but there isn't any nearby this apartment. The rooms and facilities were old and had mostly been renovated, though some work was still unfinished and things weren't working properly. Cleanliness and safety are key factors here.

The place was clean, and the staff helped us warmly and efficiently.

It's a nice dorm, but the Wi-Fi is very slow, and some rooms don't get a signal. Most of the staff can't speak English, so whenever I need to say something or complain, I translate with Google Translate and use "Tarzan language" :(

Every room has a very large terrace. If your balcony faces south, you get a nice view of the main stadium.
