The only thing I liked was the air conditioner. I paid over 400 THB, and the room was nowhere near worth that. Worst room I've ever stayed in. I arrived to find the reception staff asleep with the lights off. Nobody answered the phone, so I knocked until someone woke up and let me into the room. It was around 9 pm, not the middle of the night. The floor and table were dirty, there was dust on the wardrobe, and nobody cleaned the room. The sink drained straight onto the floor, there was no hot water, shampoo, or trash bin, and the bedding had holes and torn parts.
