We tried both deluxe and superior rooms, and everything was okay. The basic amenities were there, but it felt pretty expensive for the location and price. One day we found white powder dust on the blanket when we checked in. Maybe it was something used to prevent bed bugs, or maybe there was an actual problem. I'm not sure.

The pool was another disappointment. It looked dirty and seemed questionable hygiene-wise. I wouldn't want to risk taking an infection home from swimming there. This stay was a huge mistake for me, despite my experience traveling widely as the owner of a travel agency. The hotel calls itself a 4★ property, but the rooms felt neglected and uncomfortable, and the standard didn't match that category. Any comfort wore off quickly. Staff smiled, but did not solve problems, fulfill requests, or respond after repeated complaints. It felt as though guests simply didn't matter, and there was hardly any service. Rest was impossible with the noise. Other guests, especially Indians and Russians, made the stay feel like a horror experience. Doors slammed as late as 4 a.m., corridors were noisy, and there seemed to be no rules or respect. Doors weren't shut properly, so alarms kept going off, yet staff did nothing even after multiple warnings. I don't understand the positive reviews. Maybe some reviewers don't travel much or have little to compare it with. After seeing the place for myself, I also couldn't help wondering whether the hotel had written some of them, since the reality was so different from what was shown online. The hotel fails to meet a 4★ standard in service, attitude, and atmosphere. If you want stress, noise, chaos, and disregard for guests, perhaps you'd be satisfied. For a vacation, peace, or even basic service, I would avoid it. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel. To me, this wasn't bad luck but a long-term, systemic problem across the property.

The building and floors are low, and the beds are hard as rock. They give you just one blanket for two people and charge 200 THB per night for an extra one. The location is the worst in the area: the map makes it look close to the sea, but it's at least a 20-minute walk. Service was the worst in the world.

A pleasant stay overall. The room was bright and spacious, with a modern interior and a good bathroom. Breakfast was decent, and they made omelets fresh to order. There's also a small private parking lot.
