Palm Resort Krabi

A quiet, intimate little hotel with clean, comfortable, charming rooms. The staff were welcoming from the start and the service was excellent. The resort's food was a pleasant surprise, with fresh, flavorful dishes that were among the best meals I had nearby. Palm Resort sits right beside a beautiful, peaceful beach, and 7/11, small cafés and local restaurants are an easy walk away. The neighborhood has a relaxed local feel. Just keep in mind that not every room faces the sea, so request a sea view if that matters to you. A lovely option for a laid-back beach break.

The area gets pretty loud on weekend nights, and we could hear music from nearby beach bars in our room. Earplugs made it manageable for us. Our room was small and had a few inconveniences, though the problems we reported were fixed right away. What made the stay was the caring, hardworking team, who run the hotel as well as Gina’s pizza next door. My wife was very sick the whole time we were there, and Gina and the staff checked in on us and brought us free Ginger tea. They really tried to keep us comfortable. I'd recommend staying here for a few days in Klong Muang.

Gina and her team made us feel special, and the staff were so friendly. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, while the food and drinks are excellent. We had a lovely nine-day stay right on the beach. Mornings were a bit noisy when the long-tail boats headed out, but that was the only real downside.
