I like this hotel. It's quiet and clean, with reasonable prices and good service. Breakfast is a good buffet, and the receptionist is there 24 hours. There's a cafe and restaurant on site, plus plenty of parking.

The service is fantastic and the price is reasonable. Right in Khon Kaen University, too. The room is clean and nice, though a little small after the renovation.

Breakfast was varied, with plenty of Western-style options, and I enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, not too far from downtown. The room was my main problem. There was noisy construction in February 2024, so taking a nap was out of the question. The bed itself was comfortable, but it sat right under the AC and was always cold. The room was very basic, with coffee but no tea, safe, toothbrush, or lotion. It also wasn't clean. I found hair on the bed, floor, and in the shower. And look who turned up at some point.

The renovated rooms are good, and the location works well for visiting KKU. The small conference rooms were okay. Jerm Kwan room suited 30 guests, and lunch was okay, with very good pork shumai. The room equipment wasn't great, though. The projector wouldn't connect to the iPad, and the hotel staff weren't helpful. Food on site was acceptable on average, but the flavors felt quite unbalanced and the price was high for my taste. Their outside catering was a real letdown. The food arrived late and cold, and there were problems with delivery and packaging. Both the food quality and service dropped badly. That's unfortunate for conferences. If you want to impress guests with a meal, find another caterer.
