The hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space. It's quite far from the town center, but that wasn't a deal breaker. There's a large Vegetarian restaurant just a few meters away, along with a range of places that open only at night. Breakfast was very simple, just porridge and bread. The staff could communicate better.

We asked reception about both the power cut and the noise, but their explanation for the “drilling” was that someone two rooms away had turned on the water. That seemed absurd. The room was spacious, but during the night the power went out in the room, so the Air Conditioning and all the plugs stopped working. Wi-Fi and the phone still worked. Then someone started drilling around 7.30 in the morning. I've never left a hotel feeling more tired.

The room was huge, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly too. Great value for money. I'd recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The staff were good and generous, and the rooms were spacious. It's also near a Vegan Restaurant in Khon Kaen, which makes it convenient for vegetarians.
