We hadn't arranged a room while my wife and I were in Khon Kaen for business, so we stopped after spotting the 700 THB sign on the road from Lotus. She checked the place out and was pleased with what she saw. The room was a good size, comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. Even the shower was in great shape, with no mold. We could have added breakfast, but didn't, so I can't comment on it. If you're in KK and need a night somewhere, this hotel is worth a look.

The room's air conditioning still wasn't cooling properly in the middle of the night. Breakfast was below average, too. In the Khon Kaen summer heat, the lobby AC wasn't switched on until after 10 a.m., and we were soaked by the time we met there. Staff wouldn't turn it on when we asked, though it was running when we checked out and the lobby was empty.

I had a really nice stay. The hotel is quiet and elegant, and my room was spacious and clean, with a kettle, bottled water and a TV. The bathroom had hot water, soap, shampoo and a shower cap. Wi-Fi worked great. The food was good, if a little pricey, and the staff were friendly, though most didn't understand English.

I stayed here for three weeks and had a nice experience. Breakfast was awesome, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were good. Staff were very helpful and tried their best, even though people didn't understand English. The shopping mall is close enough to walk to, around 5 to 10 minutes away. Wi-Fi connectivity was a bit of a problem, but everything else was good.
