The staff were kind, which I appreciated, but paying was a confusing, tiring process. I had to ask two or three times because they kept mixing up the room charge and deposit in their calculations. The room also gave me a cut on my foot from one of the tiles. When I first opened the door, a strong musty smell hit me. The room looked nothing like the photos either, which seemed heavily edited with adjusted lighting. It was memorable, but I won’t return. I hope they improve the rooms and take photos without filters or apps.

I stayed several days and thought it was good value. The room had twin beds, and the TV was okay, with fine picture quality. The view is lovely, especially from the third floor up. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Khon Kaen province.

The room was clean and comfortable, and both the owner and housekeeper were very welcoming. It was my first stay here and I was really impressed with the friendly service. I’ll definitely come back next time.

For several days, the upstairs noise followed the same pattern: loud walking and tables being dragged from about 7:00 to 8:20 in the morning, then more dragging, chairs moving, and heavy heels after they came back at night, sometimes past 10. It was quiet during the day. The room isn’t soundproof, and the noise gave me a terrible headache when I was already worn out from work. I can accept a room not matching its description to some extent, but that first stay here was very disappointing.
