I was mainly staying here to visit a patient at the nearby hospital, just a 5-minute walk away, so the location was perfect. There was plenty of food around the hospital, and the included buffet breakfast had excellent choices, which helped a lot. The room was clean and cozy, with a balcony so it didn't feel like being shut in a box. Good value for a reasonable price. There's a large parking area, plus two backup spaces, so driving was stress-free.

The staff were nice, but being next to a federal prison made the place feel dangerous. Inmates were screaming and yelling from 6am, ruining the morning. The breakfast was the same small menu.

The pictures gave a different impression, and the rooms are very small. We couldn't sleep because the air conditioners were broken and very loud. The breakfast was good.

The room for the family was spacious, and the accommodation was very clean. It was a great experience in Khonkaen Residence, especially thanks to the reception team and security guy for their warm welcome and lovely smiles. Highly recommended for a family of up to four. I was very impressed and will definitely be back!

For one night, it was a decent hotel and included a simple breakfast, all for 800 Baht. My Deluxe room had a king size bed, was medium sized, and came with an attached bathroom and small balcony. Parking is outside along the building, with covered spaces too.
