I stayed nearly 2 weeks and had amazing accommodation. Everyone was so welcoming. I'll come back if I'm in Khon Kaen City.

Room 414 was clean, and when I asked for help the service was genuinely helpful and professional 🙏. The building is quiet and decent, though it isn't as new as many reviews made it sound. The towels were a worn, greyish white.

The room was spacious, and the hotel is new. I stayed 3 nights on the 4th floor, which was a little awkward. The room wasn't cleaned and the bins weren't emptied.

The hotel staff really stood out. From our first Facebook message about booking until we left, everyone treated us so well and was always smiling and ready to help. We'd booked our bus tickets for the wrong date, and the reception manager went well beyond what he had to do, making calls and pushing the bus company to change them. He kept at it until it worked, and we really appreciated that. We had a very comfortable 5-night stay at Manomon. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and the complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning was excellent. I'd definitely recommend the hotel without hesitation and would stay again. Thank you!

They were incredibly helpful while we stayed here on the way to the airport, arranging taxis and keeping in touch clearly. Our room was wonderfully clean and well equipped. We'll be back next time we're in Thailand.
