I booked more than 20 rooms for three nights with my company team, and everyone thought the hotel was excellent. The staff are lovely, friendly and well trained. At breakfast I saw restaurant staff repeatedly checking the food and cleaning the area. They wore gloves and took care to wipe and neatly arrange the sauce bottles and condiments. That attention to detail made me want to write this review. Breakfast itself was delicious, with lots of choices. The hotel also smelled fresh, felt pleasant and clean, and had extremely comfortable beds that made for deep, restful sleep. It’s great value, and I’ll definitely stay again whenever I’m in Khon Kaen.

I expected something very Thai, but found a modern, world-class hotel that was comfortable, friendly and well serviced. It’s worth staying here if you’re in Khon Kaen or nearby, even though the location may feel out of the way unless you have a reason to be in the area, such as visiting Khon Kaen University. Prices start at just $50aud a night.

The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was so good. Best service, too. Thanks, we’ll be back! Highly recommend 👌

I stayed one night. The hotel was clean and the bed was really nice. I did feel a little uncomfortable in the standard room because its window was small.

The quiet, dark room made for a restful night without outside disturbances, and the bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. The pillows were among the best I’ve had in a hotel. The room setup was otherwise brilliant, though the air conditioning didn’t cool as much as I’d hoped. Even set to 18°, it felt more like 25°. Breakfast was the real standout: its quality and variety seemed like what you’d get at a 5-star hotel, and it was well worth the price. For the affordable rate and comfortable sleep, I’d recommend the hotel despite the AC issue.
