The building and room were impeccable, spotless, and well maintained, and the rooftop pool and views are fantastic. I almost leased a unit because the location is fantastic, but decided it probably wouldn’t suit me for more than a few weeks. It’s clearly made for tourists visiting Thailand. Nothing to complain about, it just didn’t work out for me. I can see someone choosing a larger unit if that’s what they want to pay for.

This double-unit condo is on the 6th floor and has been tailored with an open plan and solid teak flooring. There’s a king-size bath overlooking the sea, with trees on either side and nothing else in view. A distinctive balcony bar is fitted for enjoying the tranquil outlook. The roof has a pool and gym. Art on the beach residential condominium was built in 2017 and stands by itself on the beach road, 5 klm from the main popular area of this small beach town. It has night security, reception, Wifi, covered parking, a European kitchen, two aircon units, and two balconies. Solid matching wood furniture throughout is not part of the sale price, but is available as a recommended option for an additional TB 250,000.

It’s a secluded condo away from the city bustle. You’ll need your own transportation to get around the area. We rented a motor scooter up the road for our stay.
