The room was ready when we arrived, and the birthday decorations made the celebration feel special. They were creative and charming, and I appreciated that they used sustainable elements too. It was a thoughtful touch that showed the hotel's environmental commitment. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our visit. Please thank the Housekeeping team for the care they put into the setup. Their attention made the birthday stay memorable. The whole team was warm and provided excellent service. I look forward to coming back.

The breakfast buffet had a great range of local and international food, and the spa was superb. Khun Natty did an excellent job with my treatment. Staff were generally friendly and polite, especially Khun Khung at reception, whose kindness and generosity I really appreciated. The grounds were spotless, well equipped, and felt safe, though parking was limited and could get crowded even on weekdays. There were a few stray dogs around, especially by the beachfront, but they usually seemed harmless if you gave them space. We booked three rooms for five guests and three dogs. I initially booked the garden wing, then got an email shortly after confirmation saying pets could only stay in the ocean wing. The rooms there were simple, clean, comfortable, and decently furnished, with a balcony on each one. Downsides: there was only a small round table instead of a proper desk, so it wasn't useful for quick work; soundproofing was poor, and every beep, footstep, or whisper in the corridor came through closed doors and windows; and the ground-floor corridors had steps into each room that were poorly lit. The location was incredible, with lovely beachfront views away from the crowds. It was a short stay, but I'll definitely return.

The Ocean wing gave us beautiful views and a lovely pool. We've never stayed in the garden wing. Our family had a memorable stay, and the hotel team took good care of us, including Khun Pine, Khun Fern, and Khun Omsin. Khun Tong, the Ocean wing concierge, noticed my husband wasn't walking smoothly and moved the pickup truck closer so it would be easier for him to get in. My husband is recovering from a stroke and having physical therapy. He specifically asked to make this hotel our first trip. Breakfast had some variety. We ate all our meals at the beach restaurant, Ecume, and really enjoyed the delicious a la carte menu. We also went for a bite and drinks at Skybar, which has a beautiful view, but Ecume's food suited our taste better. We had to hurry back there for a full meal! Thanks for giving us such a good experience. We're sure to return.

The Garden wing is new, very clean, and has very helpful staff with a great hospitality mindset. We booked a two-night stay there with a sea view. Still, I wouldn't choose that side again if I'd known it doesn't connect to the Ocean wing and its private beachfront. It's about a 10-minute walk along the public road, though the hotel runs a shuttle every 30 minutes. During the long holiday, the private beach pool for Ocean wing guests was packed and couldn't comfortably handle the number of people from both sides. For me, this wasn't a quiet, peaceful getaway.
