We’ve stayed here a few times because the location at Laem Mae Phim works well. The reception staff have always been pleasant, and it’s still good value for the price. I’d pay extra for a balcony room at the front, though. The rooms further back are smaller, with tired, worn decor.

We arrived on New Year’s Day without a booking, and the staff spoke English well and arranged a Seaview room for us. The rooms and hotel were very clean, and the sunset views were awesome. I was surprised by how busy the area was. Great value for money.

The rooms are on the small side, but they’re clean and tidy, and the ocean view is excellent. It’s right across the road from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and cafes on both sides. Definitely good value for money.

The rooms are old and simple but clean. We stayed on the fourth floor, and there was a smell coming from the drain. Some sockets need checking and should be cleared of stock metals, as they could be dangerous for kids. Very close to the beach, much better than Bangsen.

Our room was 504 and had a great view. The hotel is in the heart of the village, with small, very clean rooms at bargain prices. No breakfast, and the parking area out front is small, but there is an elevator. It’s easy to cross the street for food and bars, and there’s local Thai food next door. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The price has doubled, and it’s the rainy season here.
