Margaritaville Lonely Beach

The staff made this stay for us. They were so welcoming to my friends and me, and went out of their way to help. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had a great hot shower. We also ate really well, and there was always cold beer. I’ve stayed in lots of places around Thailand, and this is one of my favorites. I’d recommend it to anyone and would definitely return.

The toilets are cramped if you're a 1.90m, 90kg guy, which is why I'm taking off a star 😉. Otherwise, this is a lovely little hostel near the beach. The staff are very nice, there are lots of cats around, and the restaurant serves pretty good food, though it's more Western. I'd happily come back and recommend it to friends who aren't allergic to cat hair 😉

I really enjoyed the hammocks out on the deck and all the cats around. It's a good place to meet people, and the reception staff were kind. The room only has a fan, but there are hot showers, bathrooms, and tasty Western food. The mattress is a little firm, though I slept on it just fine.

The pool was nice and the staff were friendly, but I found the dorms awful. There wasn't much space, only a fan, no internet, and nothing to stop you falling from the top bunk. The toilets were pretty bad as well. At 250B a bed, there are better options nearby. They were kind enough to let me check out a day early, though.
