Shopping is a bit further away, and getting to other restaurants in town is only possible by taxi. The location itself is right on the beach, with a restaurant and pool there too. The pool is a little small but adequate. The beach bar has good food and drinks, international music, and pool billiards. The apartments aren't cleaned regularly. Having to hand over your passport as security during the stay isn't ideal. Electricity is charged separately at 7 baht/1kWh, and water is separate as well.

These are privately owned condos, mostly rented short term. The original AC units were far too small, and although a few have been replaced, those units are nearly new. They may be adequate, except in March and April, when the AC needs to run 24/7 with the curtains drawn just to keep the room at 26 or 27 C at night. Good luck during the day. Mosquito fumigation inside my unit made me ill, so we checked out early. The owner lied to me about the AC problem. Fortunately, other people told me what was going on before I'd paid for the full extended stay. I won't be back.

The room smelled damp, the aircon was useless and smelled too, and there were cockroaches. The pictures make the apartments look newer than they are. We checked out after one night, but the owner still charged us for two. Horrible place, I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.

The apartments are spacious, with a great sea view, and the beach is private and relaxing. I love it here and will no doubt come back many times.

The sea view was blocked by palm trees, and our room and towels were dirty. The swim-up pool bar was closed for renovation.
