Penn Sunset Villa 9B

I left this villa because the conditions were awful. It was extremely dirty, with mold throughout, rust on the pans and utensils, and a general lack of hygiene. The sofa was moldy, and it looked like the host had tried to hide that by turning over the cushions. The fridge was rusty and unhygienic, the cutlery and pans were greasy and rusty, and there was old hair in the bathroom drain. Bugs crawling out of the sofa were horrifying. I also woke up with pimples all over my body, which I think may have been caused by the unclean surroundings. The toilet seat was broken. The host came to “fix” it, but it was still unusable. I contacted Agoda as soon as I checked in, sent photos, and asked them to reach the host. The host didn't respond and even hung up when Agoda tried to call. After I paid €500, Agoda offered only €10 back, which was completely unacceptable. It was my first Agoda booking, and after this nightmare I won't trust them again. This place felt unsafe and unhealthy, and the host showed no responsibility. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone or book it unless they want to risk their health.
