The sauces were quite nice and the cooking skills were good, but the seafood quality wasn’t the best. The crab and fish just weren’t fresh.

We ate at Aspara, the one shown in the photo with a table on a little pier, which is NOT Shine Talay. We watched the waiters tip ashtrays and sweep rubbish into the ocean. Disgusting.
