Good Time Sports Village

It was easy to get help from the friendly staff, even with special questions or getting things organized. Renting a bike, arranging a taxi, or planning island trips was all simple and stress free. There’s a lot to do here: an outdoor gym, yoga, Muay Thai, snorkeling and diving, or just relaxing at a beach bar with a sea view. I worked remotely during my stay and found it convenient. The reception area had good WiFi and enough room to work alongside others. Fans and a usual breeze kept it comfortable even during the hotter parts of the day. Koh Mak has excellent food, with restaurants across the island serving classic Thai meals as well as vegetarian and vegan options. Prices are reasonable, usually 80 to 300 Baht. The island itself is quiet and peaceful, with a real sense of community. It’s a great place to slow down, enjoy nature, and spend time by the sea.

Kerstin, the owner, is super friendly and helpful, and the property is beautiful, with a pool, gym, and yoga area. We had a wonderful time at Good Times in a Garden View Suite, which was really spacious and gave the two of us plenty of room. The hotel is well located, and we could walk to the beach and many restaurants and cafés. We’d recommend it to everyone 🥰

My bungalow really felt like home, and I had a lovely stay. Yoga each morning in the beautiful yoga shala was the highlight of my trip. I also enjoyed the garden and swimming pool. Kerstin and Mr. Peak were friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely return!

Kerstin and Mr Peak were kind and really helpful. My first bungalow had water problems, but they quickly arranged for me to move to one of the villas for the same price. You can rent a scooter, use the pool, or go to yoga, the gym, or Muay Thai, and the location is very good. I loved staying at Good time and would easily stay here again on a visit to the island.
