Rawianda Villas

The one good thing was being in Koh phi phi, right by the beach. Aside from the location, I'd avoid this hotel. The villas are next to the pool party, and the loud beats carried on until 2 am. Even when nobody was at the party, they kept playing the music at an extremely high volume. The mattress was like a hard metal box, and when I complained they threatened that I could leave if I didn't like it. My back hurt. Service from management and the owner was the worst I've had. They seemed to have no idea how to treat guests, despite charging prices like a four seasons hotel. Breakfast was served by the pool party area, with no air, bad service, and coffee that tasted like garbage. The staff never smiled all day.

Stay away. We woke up covered in bites, and they turned out to be bed bugs. The sheets felt sandy and dirty, the rooms seemed unclean, and the mattresses were rock hard. It's attached to the Ibiza House hostel, where EDM music plays at all hours. The AC only works while you're in the room, so it was always very hot when we came back and took an hour to cool down. At check-in, they wouldn't hand over our key until we gave them 3000 baht or our passports. They left the money or passports on the check-in desk until checkout instead of putting them in a back room or safe. This place felt like a total scam. STAY AWAY!

Direct access to a beautiful beach, and the villas have a private pool that's great for a morning swim. The food was good, and service was nice. They spoke good English too. Seems like a nice spot, especially for couples or honeymooners.

The private pool was nice, and you can enjoy the free pool party on Sunday. Breakfast was good too, though expensive. The rooms look nice, but sometimes watch out for bugs.
