I’m writing this from the hammock in our bungalow, and the only flaw I can think of is that it could be about 5 centimeters higher so I could swing more. I’m too lazy to get up and fix it myself. Alcove is an amazing stay. The big road can make you wonder where you’ve ended up, but once inside, the friendly staff greet you like a friend. The peaceful rooms and lovely flowers are wonderful. Across the street, the restaurant adds a nice atmosphere while you relax in the little hangout by your room. If the music bothers you, the lovely blond, short-haired hostess will find you a cozy seat to enjoy the live music or one of their great shows. 10/10, I’d come back.

The rooms are comfortable and full of character, set among tropical gardens just across from the beach. It’s a lovely small boutique hotel. Across the road, the alcove restaurant is a beautiful spot serving amazing food that’s mainly French, along with wine. Well recommended.

The romantic bungalows look over a peaceful garden, with lovely art, thoughtful decor, and beautiful lighting. The balcony was comfortable too, and a great place to relax. We stayed nine nights at Alcove and had a wonderful time. The receptionist was sweet and welcoming, and the folder in our room had useful extra information. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. The location is great, near nice beaches and restaurants, and the Alcove restaurant across the street is lovely. Our four-year-old son had a great stay as well. We can highly recommend it.

The Alcove restaurant across the street is excellent, and the surroundings are beautiful. Our deluxe bungalow was spacious, clean, and pretty, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The tap and shower water came out with too little pressure to wash easily or brush our teeth. The beach is pretty but too shallow and stony for swimming. Nearby restaurants play loud music from 5:30 until midnight, except Mondays when they’re closed, so bring earplugs.

We had a couple of really fun evenings at the lively Alcove restaurant, and the Bungalow was a great place to stay. It’s set on a lovely stretch of beach. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to our next adventure there!
