CheeVa Beach Resort

My girlfriend and I loved staying here. The bungalows felt private, with hedges around them, and they were spacious and so clean. We also liked the facilities, especially the comfy beach chairs, clean pool area and pool table. The hosts were very attentive. They brought fresh water each day, helped us rent a moped, and gave us a free transfer to the boat pier. Definitely recommend 🤙🏼

We found plenty nearby within a five-minute walk, including two 7-Eleven stores, a small food court, local restaurants and shops. The beach is spotless and great for a swim at high tide. At low tide, especially in the afternoon around sunset, it turns magical and is perfect for a long walk while the sun goes down. We didn’t use the pool because the sea was so beautiful, but it looks like a handy option for families with children. CheeVa Beach Resort is just outside Ban Thai in a peaceful area. The neighboring resorts are similarly quiet, with no loud music or crowds, making it ideal for relaxing. The restaurant food was delicious, fresh and genuinely home-cooked. Our room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional and quick to help. They arranged complimentary transfers to and from the pier, and even surprised us with a free one-hour massage.

We stayed for four weeks and would stay again. The room, R4, was spacious and very clean, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The bathroom was a normal size, but take care, the shower tiles are slippery. The beach in front isn’t usable for swimming because the water is too shallow and disappears at low tide. Staff try to clean it daily, but the amount of garbage coming from the sea is too much to keep up with. There are also broken pieces of glass hidden in the sand. The restaurant needs improvement, and the hotel entrance could use a little embellishment.

A calm, beautiful beachfront makes Cheeva Resort a lovely place to get away and unwind. There’s a solid restaurant on site, and you can get a massage whenever you want to relax. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and go the extra mile, especially for longer stays. They may offer thoughtful extras like a complimentary massage or meal. A great choice if you’re looking for somewhere quiet, peaceful and enjoyable.
