The place looks lovely, with plenty of green all around. If you enjoy nature, you’ll probably love staying here. Just be ready for a steep climb on the stairs, both up and down, so you need to be fairly fit. My room had a king size bed with four pillows, good air conditioning for cooling it during the day, a free bottle of water and Coca cola, and a kettle for coffee or tea. There was also a 55 inch TV with free movies, music, YouTube, and Netflix, plus a big bench beside the large window. The toilet was in good condition, though the water pressure wasn’t strong enough for me. I booked an ocean view room, but got the first room, where the forest hid the sea from view 😆. The staff member said that room had no view, but the air conditioning worked well and the trees kept out the morning sunshine. I still wanted the ocean view. If the owner doesn’t plan to cut back the trees, maybe the room name should be changed. The pillowcase smelled really bad, like musty, damp smell, the smell of damp clothes dried without sunlight. At first I thought it was my own clothes, but it was the pillow, so I wasn’t sure whether it had been cleaned since the last guest checked out. There was also used soap by the sink when I checked in. Everything should be cleaned and fresh for a new guest. A lady came into the room to change the garbage bags and make the bed without asking me first. I was surprised, since I hadn’t expected the room to be cleaned 😆. There’s only one lady looking after these eight rooms, though, and if it’s full every day, going up and down those stairs to do everything alone must be hard. The rest was good. Please improve the cleanliness. Thank you!
