The area is a nice, quiet beach spot, and the place itself is clean. But the owners or managers came into our room while we were out during the day to adjust the AC, without asking. It felt like a breach of our privacy. There was a “fines” list in the room for anything that might possibly get damaged. After a couple of days when we mostly just slept at the hotel and kept to ourselves, we finally used the pool. When I asked for an extra pool towel, the manager made me feel as if we were stealing it and said he’d count the towels in our room before we left. He even said maybe taking towels is normal in our country. I wouldn’t recommend staying somewhere like this again, especially with plenty of other places in the area.

This is my favorite hotel now. The rooms are modern and cozy, and everything feels top notch, from the beach and nature to the cleanliness and location. The hosts and staff are so welcoming that it felt like home. It’s peaceful and comfortable, a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, with everything you need within walking distance. We were quiet guests, and only used the pool for the first time on our last day. When we asked for an extra pool towel, they reacted in a crazy way, saying we already had towels in the room and that they’d count them when we left. It didn’t feel like a relaxing vacation at all.

Thong Nai Pan Yai, Koh Phangan is a beautiful bay with white sand, and Limelight Village is a hidden gem in this tropical setting. The resort brings modern architecture and conveniences together with comfort inspired by traditional Thai style. The villas and property sit among lush, carefully kept gardens, with a high level of privacy and a good balance of Thai hospitality and personal space. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and exceptionally clean, each with a patio and private garden. Some look onto the gardens, while others have direct views of the clear waters of Thong Nai Pan Yai. Our favorite bay on Koh Phangan. The infinity pool has broad views over the bay and is rarely used by other guests. Grab a cocktail and watch the sun set over the mountains or the moonlight on the water. There are dozens of restaurants and bars in Thong Nai Pan Yai, along with shops and activities for all tastes. Limelight Villas staff can arrange a taxi to the ferry, motorbikes, and laundry service for very reasonable fees. The resort is excellent value for money and offers the experience of a lifetime. If you want to enjoy the best of Koh Phangan, Limelight Village in Thong Nai Pan Yai is a tropical island paradise waiting for you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is small, quiet, beautiful, and clean, and the owners were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty too.
