There’s a private beach, and shops, cafes, laundry, and bike rental are all within walking distance. The room felt like a roomy treehouse, with wood paneling, a desk, and a mirror vanity, plus a big private balcony. Bring your own toiletries and natural mosquito repellent for the evenings.

Having a scooter rental, laundry, and a gym just a minute away made things really convenient. I stayed in the two-bedroom room, which had a large balcony and kitchen, and it was lovely. The location is right in the heart of the conscious community area. The landowner was kind and answered my questions quickly, so I always felt safe.

Sri Thanu has plenty going on, but these lovely kitchen-equipped houses are right by the beach in a quiet spot.

The owners were lovely, and the bungalows are close to the beach.
