The atmosphere is what brought me back. The staff were naturally warm, friendly and attentive from day one, and made me feel welcome without it seeming forced. It's easy to switch off here, with a relaxed vibe, good service, and a beachfront setting, all without luxury resort prices. For value, I haven't found anything that comes close. I first stayed alone for two incredibly relaxing weeks in December, then returned in January with my girlfriend for another two weeks. The beachfront bungalows were fantastic: waves to fall asleep and wake up to, and a direct sea view as soon as you opened the door each morning. I can't understand the negative reviews about the sea view bungalows. Ours was peaceful, beautiful, and just as promised. If you're looking to slow down, reconnect and have the ocean as part of your daily routine, this place is hard to beat. I'd come back without hesitation.

I've been coming here for more than 10 years, and I'm always more than happy with it. For me, it's the best hotel on Koh Phangan, with wonderful, very friendly staff. 🙏🙏🙏❤️

The service was very good and friendly, and the rooms and terrace were comfortable. The food could perhaps be a bit better, but I'd still give the place five stars and recommend it.

The staff were good and attentive, and the location is good, too. But the food and drink choices were limited, which was a big letdown. Water-sports enthusiasts also block the view of the beach. The room didn't match what was advertised. I booked a bungalow but got a room that looked like a dormitory. Nobody refreshed the room unless I went to ask. Not the best place I've visited.

The beach and the sunglasses are among the best on the island, for sure! It's a top-rated place at a solid price. I stayed here 17 years ago, when it was less posh, and that visit stayed with me as a memorable moment in my life. The place has since changed and become more comfortable. I'm not so sure what happened to the atmosphere, though. 🤔
