At checkout, they kept our deposit and gave false reasons, even though the bedding was already stained and torn when we arrived. We contacted Booking right away and were told the hotel had to contact them to arrange the refund, but nothing was done. The bed bugs, dirty and torn linens, broken in-room locker/safe, and disgusting kitchen were bad enough. Staff were rude, and the pool was green, dirty, and unsafe to use. The hotel is in terrible condition and shows no professionalism, cleanliness, or honesty. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances.

Such a peaceful resort, with lovely views. The staff were kind and helpful, and there was a nice pool and restaurant.

The pools were green with algae, so we couldn't swim. The main lady at reception was rude and not helpful at all. They lost our washing and said it wasn't their problem. I'd avoid this place.
