The Hideaway Pariya Haad Yuan Ko Pha-ngan

We wanted somewhere peaceful and tucked away, and that quiet setting suited us perfectly. Getting there by boat from haad rin bay was easy, and the views were incredible. The pool was clean and lovely, with swings, beds, and plenty of spots to stretch out and relax. The staff were attentive and helped with everything we needed. Great value, too. If we come back to Koh Phanangn, we’ll stay here again. Thanks so much for a wonderful visit.

Getting around from this charming hotel is almost impossible because of its location. The rooms have no soundproofing, so you hear everything, including people shouting early in the morning. Boats run through the night, loud enough to make it very hard to sleep. The facilities were another big problem. Outsiders use the pool and sun loungers, leaving little for hotel guests, and staff don't step in when people bring their own drinks despite a sign saying they aren't allowed. People also blast music and smoke substances, with the smell reaching children. It made a peaceful holiday impossible. There was a menu, but many of the dishes weren't available, and even bottled water cost extra despite our inclusive booking. Staff stayed polite, but seemed to let everyone do as they pleased, with little authority or regard for guests. The lack of organization concerned me. I strongly advise against staying here.

Really easy arrival, and the staff were lovely. The room was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed. Nice amenities, too, and other beaches and resorts are close by. We’ll be back ☀️
