The team made this a lovely stay. They picked us up from the port on time for free, and brought breakfast to our door in the morning: eggs, toast, fruit, and coffee. Our room was quiet, detached from the others, and set on pleasant grounds. We could hear calming birds at night. Communication was polite, helpful, and quick, and the male and female managers and female housekeeping staff were all incredibly friendly. This is a good choice if you value warm service from Thai people. One personal suggestion: I’d prefer a healthy vegan breakfast with fruit, eggs, and coffee, without meat. The mango photo is an example of the fruit I mean. With that, this place would be 10/10. The team is truly lovely.

The staff made us feel welcome from the beginning, and every interaction felt like they cared about guests. The receptionist especially went out of his way to help, from bringing extra pillows to carrying our luggage to the next accommodation. Everyone was kind, polite, and ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spacious, very clean, and set up comfortably. The bedding was cozy and the bathroom spotless. The whole atmosphere was relaxing and made us feel at home throughout the stay. We had an amazing experience and would happily come back. Highly recommend it.

The location is good and the pool is nice, but I wasn’t happy with the room. The bedroom smelled moldy, and the only air conditioning is in there. Even on cool, it felt like a big fan and didn’t cool the place down much. I booked because I wanted a kitchen to cook in, but there was barely anything to use: one blunt knife, a small, worn cutting board, and one little pan and pot. If you plan to live here and cook, bring or buy your own kitchen gear. I bought a cutting board and three decent knives for 200 baht. It shouldn’t cost much to improve the kitchen. The microwave didn’t work, but staff replaced it the same day 🙏

We spent a month here and would gladly stay again. The house was spotless and cleaned every three days. It came with a wok, cutlery, plates, and bowls, though we bought a couple of inexpensive utensils too. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked. They picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry, and Nara was available right away whenever we had a question, always happy to sort it out. Thanks for everything!

We originally planned to try Wanpratheep for a month, but liked the location and service so much that we decided to extend for a full year. It’s a convenient central base, with most places only about a 10 minute drive away. Nara, the manager, has been great. He handles special requests and small issues quickly and efficiently, and makes us feel welcome and valued. We’re very happy we chose to stay longer and recommend it for the service, convenience, and warm welcome.
