Sam, the owner, is very helpful. It's a clean guest house with just four beds per room, a pool table, and good food downstairs. The location is good, not too far from either the north or south side of the island. It's more of a chill hostel than a party one. The A.C actually works WELL, which is unusual compared with all the hotels and hostels in Thailand where the A.C barely works.

This place is a scammer, openly taking reservations on booking sites even though the accommodation has closed down. Please don't book here, it's now in ruins.
