The beach is within walking distance and has a breathtaking view of the Samui sunset, though the water is rocky, so take care if you wade in. The estate is a little away from the city centre, but its villas suit a quiet, intimate family stay in Koh Samui. You can rent a car or bikes from the lady at the end of the road and explore the city. The villas are well kept, with plenty of services you can customize to your needs. The terraces have sweeping views of the surroundings and are a nice place to watch the stars at night. My only wish is that they would improve the toiletries. Otherwise, it’s a lovely place to stay.

We stayed with four adults, three kids and a baby, and the pool, amenities, beds and surroundings were perfect for us. The villa is high end and well equipped, and the management made our stay easy and worry free. Vladimir and his team went the extra mile with cleaning, car rental and activities. Just keep in mind there are stairs, and you need a tuktuk to get to the beach, though it’s free of charge. This was the best villa we’ve stayed in, and we’ll definitely come back.

The villas are beautiful and new, just a few steps from an amazing beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thanks to all the Ban Tai Estate guys for their advice on where to go on Samui. We’ll be back soon!

We’re staying here right now, and it’s been our best holiday ever. The pool villas are perfect, only a few steps from a paradise beach. Our favorite spot each evening is the big cinema by the pool.

Ban tai Estate made my first trip to Thailand unforgettable. The location is perfect, the views are luxurious, and there’s a big swimming pool. The highly qualified staff are always ready to help. I recommend it!
